This agreement ( said Terms ) cover access to this clyratrader website, platform and services the "Services") provided by clyratrader. Creating an account constitutes acceptance these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility. You must be adults in their jurisdiction and legally able to contract. Where the platform is unlicensed or excluded, locals are not eligible. Profile correctness and login secrecy are your duty.
2. What we provide. clyratrader runs an electronic trading platform for the instruments listed on this platform. We do not give investment recommendation; each decision are yours. Market data displayed serves information only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risk notice. Trading brings substantial loss risk and fits only accounts who can bear it. Leverage can push losses past your posted margin. Only trade capital whose loss you you would survive.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear in the fee schedule and make part of these Terms. Fees may change after fair notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Cornering and manipulation, exploiting flaws, rights breaches and illegal use are prohibited. Laundering plus sanctions evasion are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability. To the fullest extent of law, clyratrader excludes indirect, incidental or consequential losses connected to your use of Services.
7. Changes. These Terms may be revised occasionally. Using the Services after changes means agreement. Controlling law comes from the registering jurisdiction of our operating entity.
