This Privacy Policy describes how clyratrader ("we") amasses, uses and protects personal information on our website and platform. Our role is data controller for this information.
Data we collect. Identity and contact data and similar identity data plus KYC documents mandated by law. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device data and support chats. EU/UK lawful bases: performing the contract, complying with law, and legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Managing your account, clearing trades, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, and securing systems, plus consent-based product messages carrying easy opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to operating vendors (custody, payment, verification), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymised analytics. No sale of personal data.
Retention and security. Retention lasts through account activity plus statutory windows (typically five-seven years for transactions). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access controls.
Your rights. Viewing, correction, export, deletion and objection requests can be made through [email protected]. We answer within the legally set windows.
